Twisted Fate

This is another entry for a contest which is why it is oulined and colored.

Anyways, the story behind this is that Raven and Revan are twins and Twins are considered to be a bad omen. As such, usually newborn twins are subjected to examination and the 'stronger' one lives and the 'weaker' ones die. However, thanks to the persistence of their father, King Arcane, and their mother, Chava, Raven and Revan were able to escape examination and live their lives for 18 years. However, they were eventually found and examined and Raven was considered the stronger twin and Revan was considered the weaker. As such, Revan was branded a traitor for bringing bad luck upon the race of the Vita and was the best 'honor' they could do for him was a public execution. Thanks to this, Raven blames himself for his younger twin's fate and curses himself for being elected King.
